Supernova is the third single from Jaycen's upcoming debut album, Liwanag//Dilim (Light//Dark). As the first track in the Liwanag realm to be released, Supernova is the torchbearer of the brighter side of Jaycen's music. Its pop rock sound and catchy lines best portrays the light energy of the Liwanag EP, and the song itself can stand alone in its own universe with its fun yet explosive vibe.
Supernova is also the track that introduces the synth sound in the world of Liwanag//Dilim. The playfulness of the synth matched with the electric guitars support the overall message of the song which is to hype the listener and remind them that they are exactly who they are meant to be.
